Registration

Overview

A regular conference registration entitles a single person to visit all technical sessions (except tutorials) and events offered from Monday to Friday including all social activities (coffee breaks, lunches, receptions, excursion, and dinner). It also includes a copy of the ParCo 2007 proceedings. As the proceedings will be mailed to you after the conference, make sure to specify a valid postal address with your registration.

A limited number of student grants are also available.

A tutorial registration entitles a single person to participate in a selected tutorial. It includes coffee breaks and lunch on the tutorial day. It is possible to register for the tutorials without registering for the conference.

The registration does not include hotel accomodation - we have reserved a pool of affordable rooms which you can book online, by mail, or fax.

Registration is done via the ParCo 2007 Online Registration Server. Start the process by creating an account. (Note: Authors of papers and program committee members should reuse their existing accounts). After logging in, use the menu option "Register as Participant". After a successful registration, you will be sent a confirmation by email. Also, you will see a new menu item "Confirmation of Registration and Provisional Invoice".

Payment

It is possible to pay either by international bank transfer or by credit card (Visa and Mastercard only). Credit card details may be transmitted online or via fax to the ParCo 2007 conference office (Fax: +49 2461 616656). For bank transfers please use the following account:

Payment Terms of Registration and Payment

For cancellations received before 15 July 2007, full refund on registration fees will be paid. For cancellations made between 15 July and 1 September 2007, the cancellation fee is EUR 70. After 1 September, no refund will be paid on the registration fees. Substitution is always allowed.

The participation fees are due on registration.

Registration is not guaranteed until full payment of the owed amount is received.

Visa

Participants that need a visa to enter Germany will be sent an invitation letter on request. Please indicate that you need such a letter when registering by stating Need invitation letter in the field available for remarks. The invitation letter will be sent as soon as the registration fee has been received.
