REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fees for the workshop are as follows:

Regular fee                                     EUR 250,-

Reduced fee for students           EUR 150,-

 After 20 March 2009:

Late registration                           EUR 300,-

Late registration for students   EUR 200,-

 The fee includes: book of abstracts; conference proceedings; welcome reception; coffee breaks; lunches; Aachen guide tour; conference dinner; transfers between hotels in Aachen and Jülich research center (FZJ, Workshop site).

The fee does NOT include accommodation.

Participants who apply the "reduced fee for students" must send scanned image of valid student ID to Local Organizing ( pfmc-12@fz-juelich.de) and show the student ID at the registration desk on site.

In case of CANCELATION

after 6 April 2008:                          70% of the registration fee will be refunded,
after 4 May 2009:                           no refunding will take place.
