GROWSCREEN fluoro
Plant Growth (Leaf Area) and Fluorescence
Data Acquisition
Imaging Pulse Amplitude Modulated Fluorometry (PAM) device moved by a xy-positioning system across a population of plants in pots, trays or petri dishes. The blue light results from the fluorimeters’ saturation pulse.
Determination of chlorophyll-fluorescence images by PAM light protocoll.
Image Analysis
- segmentation of fluorescent areas
- analysis of projected area and chlorophyll-fluorescence parameters
Example of results
- growth analysis based on fluorescent pixels
- chlorophyll-fluorescence analysis
FV/Fm-values
The graph shows colour-coded images of plants under normal conditions (left), drought (centre) and cold stress (right). Light blue to green colouration indicates low, dark-blue to violet indicates high values.
