There are additional tools avaliable to complete the text processing environment for the user. The extra tools are:

• Editors
  1. Emacs: a public domain editor, common on UNIX Systems.
     Emacs - Page
  2. WinEdt: a shareware editor, to be used on Windows PCs.

• document previewer
  1. DVIwin: a DVI-previewer, not supportet any more, is replaced by the previewerYap which is a component of the MiKTeX-package.
  2. GSview and Ghostscript: the standard PostScript previewer
     Ghostscript + GSview
