TotalView

The TotalView debugger is a full-featured, source-level, graphical debugger for applications written in  Fortran77, Fortran90, C, C++, HPF and assembler. Multiple parallel programming paradigms including MPI, OpenMP, PVM, HPF and SHMEM are supported.
TotalView features an intuitive, easy-to-learn interface that enables software devellopers to debug complex programs.

At present, TotalView is available on Linux Workstations and the central AIX system.
An advanced CRAY version is available on the CRAY systems.

TotalView Basics
If you hate to read documentation:
In order to use Totalview you must compile your code with the "-g option".
You can then start debugging by issuing the command  " totalview my-program ".
