GR/GR3

The GR/GR3 Software is a graphic library for different 2D/3D representations including stereo and shading algorithms. The software may be called from Fortran programs and from C programs, too. With Fortran 90 you have the possibility to check calls to GR/GR3 subroutines with an interface block.
The basic graphic output is done by the Graphical Kernel System (GKS), an ANSI/ISO standard. We use the GLI/gks, a GKS level 0a with high performance, which has been developed in FZJ. The GR/GR3 Software can be devided into two parts, the basic GR Software and the GR3 Software, a special part for 3D solutions.
