How to get information about partitions/jobs?

there are some helpers that will give users information about defined and used resources within the BG/L system.

| bglblocks | Displays all defined partitition names |
| bgljobs | Displays the running jobs |
| bglsmallblocks | Displays the small partitions (up to 128 nodes) |
| bglusers | Displays users with allocated partitions (dynamically or static) |
| llstat | Command line version of llview |
