Research and Development Projects
In order to provide sustainable high-level communication and security services for the research centre and the supercomputer complex of the
NIC, the communication division performs research and development mainly focused on the development and exploitation of concepts and methods of communication and networking techniques and services.To a large extend this work is closely linked to the service activities. Besides that, the division takes part in a number of third-party funded research projects.
