How to access the Software Licence Server

Commercial software provided via the distribution server (zamsoft) is configured to access the central licence server. After installation no further action is required by the administrator.

If applications are not installed from the software distribution server, the configuration must be done by hand.


The required details (licence server names / port numbers) are given in the following.

Further information can be found in the respective user documentation, in the product web-pages of the ZAM or contact the person responsible for the software at ZAM.


The licence server system consists of the three computers 

licsrv1.zam.kfa-juelich.de
licsrv2.zam.kfa-juelich.de
licsrv3.zam.kfa-juelich.de
