access to the Forschungszentrum Jülich supercomputers JUGENE and JUROPA

This page is especially for the users of the Forschungszentrum Jülich supercomputers JUGENE and JUROPA located at JSC who want to use UNICORE to access the supercomputer resources.

UNICORE provides the user with an interface to create, submit and monitor supercomputer jobs easily without having to know about system details and special batch system settings.
UNICORE comes with both, the comfortable graphical client (URC) and the command line client (UCC).

The actual version is called UNICORE 6 which is used in production since 2008 at Forschungszentrum Jülich.
