Heavy quark physics is a very active area of research and the
reliable computation of
hadronic states and matrix elements containing b and c quarks is of considerable
importance to further tests of the Standard Model.
Aims of the mini-workshop were
to review recent progress in the precision of lattice and sum rule
techniques both for heavy-heavy and heavy-light hadrons and their
decay matrix elements
to discuss the demands on theory from the next generation of experiments
at B and charm factories.
