Research activities in

Nano-Structured Thin Film Oxide Systems:

  • dielectric and ferroelectric devices
  • ceramic superconductors
  • vortex matter and fluxon devices
  • high-frequency and microwave properties

Privat Dozent Dr. Roger Wördenweber

Research fields:

Oxide thin film and sensor systems ranging from material issues, preparation, and properties towards applications in cryogenic, high frequency and biological sensor devices. The present focus is defined by thin film oxide dielectric, ferroelectric and superconducting systems, their deposition and processing, microwave properties, nonlinear behavior, nanostructured ferroelectric and superconducting materials and vortex matter in superconductors.
